Cleanse the skin, gentle press stamper with needles along the hairline where you are wanting to stimulate hair growth OR in the contoured areas near the eyes and corners of the nose. You can apply a hair stimulant like rogaine after needling - but check with your Physician prior to using rogaine/minoxidil. If stamping near the eyes and nose, follow up with the copper peptide, soluble c and intensive corrective vitamin serum.
